The hotel had some issues in the rooms with damp roof tiles and dirty grouting. The bedding had rips and the overall condition was a bit shabby. The bathroom was awful, with a dirty sink and uncomfortable bed, making it hard to sleep. The breakfast and service were lacking, with no service on the second day and limited food availability in the hotel bar being a disappointment.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was average, but the bathroom had nice tiles. The staff were friendly and there was a comprehensive questionnaire provided for feedback. The location was excellent, although a bit noisy at night. The dining options were fantastic and really filling.
